ENHANCING HUMAN PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES

In this paper we study and analyze a set of Human Resource Management (HRM) techniques understanding their relationship to human productivity. We have classified the HRM for firm sizes which are small, medium, big sized firms. This segregation was done on basis number employees working in firm. First, by theoretically analyzing techniques, it observed that productivity highly correlated, also theoretical only select most prominent then out those top three each statistically estimated performing TOPSIS analysis is Multi-Criteria Decision Making(MCDM) tool.
