ENHANCING HUMAN PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES

In this paper we study and analyze a set of Human Resource Management (HRM) techniques understanding their relationship to human productivity. We have classified the HRM for firm sizes which are small, medium, big sized firms. This segregation was done on basis number employees working in firm.
